All packages start at the listed monthly price. Custom rates may apply if additional services or complexity are involved. We'll align on scope before starting .
☑️ Spotify Profile & Catalog Strategy
Profile audit, Artist Pick rotation, catalog review, and metadata cleanup. Includes backend updates such as Spotify bios, merch integration, and playlist curation.
☑️ Curated Playlist Pitching
Legit submissions via Submithub + direct relationships with curated playlist editors
I’ll guide which tracks to pitch each month and recommend how many Submithub credits to purchase (typically 15–30 per month depending on genre and release activity). Playlist pitching is done through your own account for full transparency.
☑️ Discovery Mode & Release Planning
Timeline prep for Discovery Mode eligibility
Release calendar setup, pitch sequencing, and backend readiness
☑️ Listener Analytics & Reporting
Monthly reports via Chartmetric + Spotify for Artists
Includes growth metrics, algorithm triggers, and playlist placements
☑️ Metadata & Catalog Tagging (Optional)
Catalog metadata tagging and folder organization via Box or Disco.
I do not prep stems but can help organize metadata by mood, tempo, instrumentation, and release info — especially helpful for sync-readiness or internal reference. This service is offered as an hourly add-on at $50/hr, with flexible scope depending on catalog size and needs.
☑️ Campaign Add-ons (Select Tiers Only)
Paid Ads (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) — available on Growth/Studio plans or by request
Marquee & Showcase support — eligibility tracking, targeting, and reporting support. Artists cover their own Marquee/Showcase ad spend (minimum $100). I’ll help you determine when it’s worth running and how to get the most value from it.
📷 OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
-
Artist photography (published in Marie Claire, Faddy, Shuba, and more)
-
Visual direction or creative shoot coordination
-
Do you use real playlists?Yes — all playlists are vetted through direct relationships or platforms like Submithub. While the goal is always organic growth, Spotify may occasionally flag tracks when playlist activity appears irregular. I never knowingly pitch to botted lists and monitor campaign data closely.
-
Do you run paid ads?Yes — for Growth and Studio tiers, I offer strategic setup and management support for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube ad pushes. Artists cover the ad spend separately. For Foundation clients or one-off support, I can provide guidance or referrals to trusted ad managers if you’re running campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
-
Do you offer photography services?Yes — I offer artist photography as a standalone or add-on. I also partner with stylists, creative directors, and wardrobe consultants for full visual rollouts.
-
Are playlist submission costs included in the monthly retainer? No — playlist submission credits (via Submithub) are purchased by the artist for full transparency. I’ll guide how many to purchase monthly based on your campaign.
-
Do you offer a one-time strategy session? Not at the moment, but I may open this up soon. If you'd like to be notified when it’s available, let me know.
-
Do you help artists build or manage fan clubs?Yes — I can help set up and manage artist fan clubs from scratch or support existing ones. I previously ran Linkin Park Underground (LPU), the official fan club for Linkin Park. Whether you're aiming to offer early access, exclusive content, or just deepen fan connection, I can help create a structure that fits your goals. *Please reach out for a custom quote.

Q: Do you only work with cinematic or instrumental artists? While playlist pitching is my specialty for cinematic, ambient, and modern classical genres, my music marketing background spans far beyond that. I've worked on campaigns with artists across many genres including ABBA, Korn, Linkin Park, Mike Shinoda, Deftones, Avenged Sevenfold, System of a Down, Alice in Chains, and AFI. If your sound isn’t within my usual playlist focus, I may still be able to support you with strategy, release planning, catalog organization, or campaign development. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out — I’ll always be transparent about where I can add the most value.
